I’m Ashley Clement, and I help companies translate complex problems into engaging impactful experiences that scale. I started my career in digital agencies. Spent the second half with software startups running UX design teams and now helping companies tackle their most ambitious projects and build new capabilities with Slalom. Previously I spent time at Riskalyze building out beautiful complex products for financial advisors and their clients. My team and I redesigned the entire application while creating a component based design system, created a mobile app for advisors on the go, overhauled/redesigned the risk questionnaire for mobile and web, amongst many other features and enhancements. At Ionic Security I focused on a solution for data control, worked on ADP’s second largest payroll product (NextGen), and created a refresh for the guys over at Greenlight. I have been working in the field for 9 years. I really enjoy solving problems and creating beautiful UI. Working in fast pace environments and wearing many hats has taught me how to pivot when needed and when to stand my ground. I went back to school for front-end development and have really pushed myself to communicate and collaborate effectively with development teams. I really embrace every aspect of the process from ideation to research and everything in between.
